Everyday thousands of patients worldwide successfully undergo IOL implantation.In some cases, however the sight threatening complication of a subluxated/dislocated IOL may occur. IOL malpositioning may happen intraoperatively, early postoperatively or late postoperatively.This video shows management of these malpositioned IOLs, the management modalities ranging from repositioning of IOL in situ to removal and replacement with the same IOL with or without anterior vitrectomy.
