For many reasons patients fail to get their cataract operation done. It may advance to phakogenic phakolytic glaucoma. Our study is for phakolytic glaucoma. Some are managed with SICS and some with Phakoemulsification. The literature mentions about anterior segment changes with the pressure effect on optic disc. Our paper highlights about the changes in the vitreous. Knowledge of such vitreous changes can save us from doing more harm to the already compromised eye.
