Material and method. 200 patients with various grades of myopia were evaluated with spectral domain optical coherence tomography Namely foveala minimum, fovea inner macula and outer macula retinal nerve fiber layer at peripapillary zone were evaluated and statistically co related with axial length judged by sonography Results foveala minimum thickness was increased in high myopia(6diopter or more) as compared to moderate (3,25 to 6 diopter)and low myopia upto 3 diopter whereas assessment of Macular thickness revealed increase in superior inner macula thickness in high myopia and gradually were of less numeric value in moderate and low myopia RFNL thickness increased in temporal zones in high myopia as compared to moderate and low myopia These finding were correlatiod with axial length of globe statistically relevant finding were found out with high moderate and mild lenghing of globe judged by sonography Present paper will discuss above finding in detail
