Purpose: To describe demographics, clinical features and treatment outcomes of occlusive retinal vasculitis. Methods: 19 eyes of 15 patients diagnosed with occlusive retinal vasculitis based on FFA from Jan 2016-April 17 were retrospectively analysed. Results: Mean age at presentation was 38.5 (15-68years) with male to female ratio 3:1. Presenting BCVA ranged from 6/6 to 1/60. Follow up ranged from 5 to 60 months. Etiologically 3 eyes had Behcet’s disease, 2 TB, 5 ARN, 2 Sarcoidosis, 3 SLE and 4 idiopathic. FFA guided laser photocoagulation was done to ischemic areas after controlling inflammation with oral steroids. Immunosuppression was needed in 8 patients. Intravitreal anti VEGF was given in 4 eyes. Final BCVA ranged from 6/6 to 6/24. Conclusion: Occlusive retinal vasculitis is a significant management challenge. Timely detection and early intervention, meticulous follow up is necessary to prevent progression of retinal ischemia and achieve good visual outcome.
