A total of 241eyes of200 patients were diagnosed with Scleritis in the past 3years. 59.5% were females & 40.50%males, the maximum distribution was in age group of41-60years & 41cases were bilateral. The anatomical diagnosis was as follows: 190 wereAnterior, 3posterior &7others. In Anterior Scleritis 128were Diffuse& 62Nodular Scleritis. 51had Anterior Uveitis also. Based on etiology Diffuse Anterior Scleritis 101 were Idiopathic, 8Sarcoid, 4Kochs, 4HLAB27 & 10Rheumatoid Arthritis. In Nodular Anterior Scleritis 45were Idiopathic, 1ANCA positive, 6Rheumatoid Arthritis, 10Kochs and 2were Sarcoid. Among the Posterior Scleritis 2were Idiopathic, 1SLE related. In ScleroKeratitis 2 were Rheumatoid Arthritis , 3Idiopathic and 1Kochs.The topical steroids were given when required, 33.5%systemic steroids, 18%on Immunomodulators &9%given ATT. Remaining were given NSAIDS. Overall 16.5% developed cataract &8.5% Glaucoma. 72% of cataract needed surgery. Glaucoma was managed with topical medications
