Aim:To report a case of atypical IRVAN (Idiopathic retinal vasculitis, arteriolar macroaneurysms and neuroretinitis). Study design: Case report. Summary: A 59 year old gentleman presented with complaints of diminision of vision in both eyes,gradually worsening since last three years.He had history of receiving intravitreal antiVEGF injection in left eye elsewhere.His anterior segment examination was unremarkable.His fundus examination showed retinal pigment changes with subretinal fluid at macula in right eye and left eye showed retinal macroaneurysms at arterial branch points with surrounding circinates. Optical Coherence Tomography and fundus fluorescein angiogram were performed.Based on clinical findings and investigations,probable diagnosis of right eye old central serous retinopathy and left eye atypical IRVAN was made.Conclusion:Our case highlights the rare occurrence of atypical presentation of IRVAN.The association with CSR in other eye remains unclear.
