A 31 yr old female was referred with sudden painless bilateral DOV since 5 days with associated fever and headache for 2 weeks. On examination BCVA in both eyes was 5 /60. Both eyes had mild inflammatory reactions in anterior chamber and vitreous haze of grade2 In funduscopy there was diffuse and extensive retinal perivascular sheathing and scattered intraretinal hemorrhages along with severe macular edema in both eyes . Her clinical picture was compatible with frosted branch angiitis FFA in latephase demonstrated bilateral leakage of dye predominantly from the retinal veins and the optic nerve head. Diagnosis of primary idiopathic Frosted Branch Angiitis was made Patient was started on oral and topical steroids and cycloplegics. 2 inj of PST were given sequentially in each eye and systemic steroids were tapered. After 6 months of stopping steroids patient maintained a vision of 6/6p in both eyes.
