Purpose : We present a Case of 65 year old Male who presented to Our Hospital with chief complaints of pain, redness, watering & DOV in left eye on 9/11/2016. It was marginal corneal ulceration with pseudocornea formation at 9’o clock & perforated PUK at 3 o’clock. He was treated with full thickness double banana shaped patch graft with preserved central healthy cornea. The graft was covered with amniotic membrane with peripheral sutures.
Method : The patch graft was obtained by manually cutting the cornea of a donor tissue into two pieces of the shape of banana. Amniotic Membrane which was preprocessed & refrigerated was used to cover up both the patch grafts.
Results : The postoperative time showed good integration of the graft without any complications. The visual acuity improved from 20/20000 to 20/200 within 6 month follow up period.
Conclusions : Patch graft with Amniotic Membrane seems to be a good treatment option for maintaining the tectonic integrity in perforated PUK patients.
