WINR (Women in research) is a new initiative of WOS which had been started with the aim of giving an opportunity to as well as involving all women ophthalmologists of India in Research. With its aim of facilitating
“research for all” this initiative will provide women ophthalmologists with all that is needed to do clinical and molecular research and will change the way research is looked at in India.
