A 36 year old female presented with complaints of swelling both eye lid. On examination she was noticed to have multiple swelling in both eyelids. She was adviced excision biopsy. Histopathological evaluation showed cyst wall lined by double layered cuboidal to columnar cells with apocrine snouts suggestive of Sudoriferous cyst. Sudoriferous cysts are cysts caused by a blocked excretory duct of Molls gland. Although uncommon in prevalence it should be kept as a differential diagnosis for all cystic lesions involving lid. We report this case for its typical presentation.
