A 30 year old male presented with a bee sting injury to right eye while riding on a motorcycle. He got the sting removed from a lay person . This was followed by watering photophobia , pain and discharge from the eye. He presented with a clinical picture mimicking fungal keratitis. He was put on broad spectrum antibiotics and antifungal drugs. After 3 weeks there was complete resolution of the keratitis and corneal opacity was left behind. We present the pictures of this relatively rare mode of injury to cornea.
