PURPOSE: To analyse demographic , clinical , treatment outcomes and HPE in three cases of OSSN.
METHODS: We retrospectively analysed 3 cases of OSSN, who presented between april 2015 to april 2017.
DISCUSSION: Case 1: 76 year male presented with recurrent slow growing mass at nasal limbus RE since 3 years. he underwent pterygium excision surgery. After three weeks he returned with HPE report suggestive of OSSN. .
Case 2: 49 year old male presented after two excision biopsies at gap of 2 years for conjunctival mass with HPE showed CIN. Diagnosis of recurrent OSSN was made & enucleation done. HPE report showed SCC.
Case 3: 49 year old male presented with gelatinous reddish elevated 10×3 mm with surface vessels at nasal limbus from 1month. Excision of lesion with 3mm clear margins with no touch technique done. HPE report showed CIN.
CONCLUSION: Though OSSN is uncommon, but demand timely intervention due to its potential for visual loss & systemic morbidity and mortality.
