It is an Advanced video instruction course which deals with challenging situations like with management of zonular dialysis in a case of subluxated lens, stuck CTR what to do next. Muiltiple situations encountered post trauma like traumatic cataract magic of glue in a case of dangling IOL with pre existing PCR, various suturing techniques in a case of irididodialysis and bag stabilization with traumatic cataract and placement of valve. Management of multiple challenges in a case of subluxated hard brusencent cataract with a small pupil. The course will also highlight advances in understanding technology with challenging moments with LRCS and a rare case of Retro capsular Nucleus.
