This course deals with finer point of management namely acute angle closure , central retinal artery occlusion , penetrating injury , blunt trauma , chemical injury and endophthalmitis ,one can just imagine of burden of problem of endophthalmitis because it is most common surgery performed world wide unless it is not prevented and treated .Similarly if above mentioned condition is not managed at the time of presentation well it will affect visual outcome in the long run too.
