This course aims to explore the various techniques of IOL stabilization, repositioning or secondary IOL implantation which are necessary in eyes with decentered or dislocated intraocular lenses. The course format will cover (1) Repositioning of IOLs into the ciliary sulcus with optic capture (2) Intrascleral haptic fixation of dropped or decentered IOL by the sutureless scleral fixation technique (3) Abexteno 2 point and 4 point scleral fixation (4) Use of Goretex suture and Hoffmanns pouch and (5) Iris Suturing & Iris Claw Lens (6) Anterior Chamber IOL (7) management of late in -the-bag dislocation. The surgical techniques will be covered by didactic video based lectures and panel discussions. Pertinent intraoperative and postoperative complications and their management will be covered in detail.
