In this 3-year retrospective observational study we present the profile of 17 patients with brain tumors, presenting with ocular manifestations. Average age was found to be 44.62 years (SD ±10.21). Majority of the patients were females (64.70%). Most common presenting symptom was diminution of vision present in all patients, followed by headache (41.17%) and vertigo (23.52%). Most common sign was optic disc changes (Optic atrophy (47.05%), disc pallor (29.41%) & papilledema (11.76%)). Out of 17 patients, there were 7 meningiomas, 5 pituitary macroadenomas, 2 craniopharyngiomas and rest with doubtful diagnosis. All patients were managed in association with neurosurgeons and oncologists. Ophthalmic signs and symptoms form a major part of presentation in patients with intracranial tumors. By careful ophthalmic evaluation, early diagnosis of intracranial space occupying lesions can be made thereby allowing localisation and early management of these tumors.
