Autologous DNA and stem cell injections for retinal degeneration study for 13 years. Vision loss due to retinal disease and a co-morbidity in 2000 patients treated elsewhere with confirmatory medical reports. Patients data collected with investigations of vision, fields. Vitals blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation and random blood sugar. A drop of blood mixed with two drops of a bio activator and 0.2 ml of preservative free lidocaine. Observed under the microscope fetal stem cells and fetal healthy DNA reconfirmed with special stains.
Used subconjunctivally for 10 injections 200 patients retrobulbar for 3 injections. V/A improvement in ten days. 50 pediatric patients associated with congenital errors and retinitis pigmentosa retinopathy of prematurity uveitis. Visual improvement in adults from perception of light to finger counting or 6/60. Autologous DNA and stem cells allergic reactions were not seen.
