56 year diabetic male with complicated cataract secondary to chronic intermediate uveitis, oct macula showing thickening & slitlamp exam showing vitreous cells & dilated fundus exam showing snow banking chronic steroid usage & uveitic process are reasons of cataract after controlling intraocular inflammation & quiet eye for 2 months proceeded with cataract surgery patient also had corneal astigmatism & needed toric iol for emmetropia, for treating his chronic macular thickening & also control postoperative inflammation intravitreal inj ozurdex was given
hydrophobic acrylic iol & inj ozurdex intravitreal ensured inflammation free quiet eye postop, video will show toric iol marking & ozurdex implant injection this is a first case report of inj ozurdex intravitreal toric iol phacocataract surgery
