This video aims to demonstrate a simple surgical technique for the correction of uncomplicated mild ptosis with good levator action in a 6-year-old child with LE congenital ptosis. She had 2 mm ptosis with a levator action of 12mm. The Bell’s phenomenon was good with no lagophthalmos. The patient underwent modified Fasanella-Servat procedure and had complete ptosis correction with good eyelid contour and bilateral symmetry. The video provides the demonstration of key steps during the surgical management of mild ptosis by the modified Fasanella-Servat procedure.
