Assessment of anterior segment structures is an integral part of ophthalmic examination. Emergence of newer imaging devices brought a new range of clinical possibilities. They supplement and augment clinical
practice by providing range of quantitative and qualitative information and become invaluable tools for ophthalmic research. Three-dimensional imaging improves understanding of anterior segment structures in ocular
surface lesions, corneal surgeries, refractive surgeries, functioning of trabeculectomy blebs, anterior segment ocular lesions. The instruction course targets to highlight clinical solicitations, limitations, advantages
and drawbacks of anterior segment imaging systems. The main aim of this course is to provide useful information about when and how to use these anterior segment imaging devices in a daily practice in an interactive way.
