CHECKMATE The Ophthalmic Debate with a Twist!!!
Don’t you want to witness a debate where the conclusion is not that ‘both concepts work’ but one in which one speaker categorically wins the argument !! Both by means of skillfully projecting the science and also stumping her opponent in her tracks. This is CHECKMATE.
This is how it works. Each speaker has four minutes to put forth their views and state their points. This is followed by the checkmate session in which each speaker triggers off one question which the opponent must
answer followed by one minute each which they will use to weaken or punch holes in their opponents arguments. They will be judged on their science , approach, humour and the overall impact they make.
So do you have what it takes to get into the arena and play CHECKMATE… Where only One is left standing..
