Aim: To assess repeatability of Wavelight Oculyzer II in measuring Anterior (ACA) & Posterior corneal astigmatism (PCA).
Methods: Subjects with BCVA of 0.1 logMAR were included. The subjects with any ocular disease were excluded from the study. All subjects underwent corneal astigmatism assessment using Wavelight Oculyzer II at 2 different sessions.
Results: 56 eyes of 28 patients with mean (SD) age of 28.2 (7.5) years were included. The mean (SD) magnitude of ACA at session 1 and 2 was -0.48 (0.7) and -0.5 (0.7) respectively. Similarly, the mean (SD) PCA at session 1 and 2 was 0.21(0.14) and 0.21(0.14) respectively. Intraclass correlation (ICC) with 95% CI for ACA and PCA was 0.97 (0.95, 0.98) and 0.93 (0.88, 0.96) respectively. Similarly, ICC (95% CI) for ACA and PCA axis was 0.65(0.40, 0.79) and 0.74(0.57, 0.85) respectively.
Conclusion: Wavelight Oculyzer has shown good repeatability in measuring ACA and PCA magnitude and moderate repeatability for the axis of ACA and PCA
