Purpose: To report a case series to depict the diverse clinical manifestation of post pyrexial immunocomplex neuroretinitis and its treatment
Introduction: Neuroretinitis following pyrexia can be infectious or because exaggerated immunological reaction in the convalescent period of fever. Pathophysiology is immune mediated vasculitis, neuroretinitis and exudative retinal detachment.
Methods: Complete ophthalmic evaluation , OCT, FFA, was done along with etiological evaluation for pyrexia and infectious uveitis was done. The main stay of treatment was systemic steroids and adjunt anti veg f inection was used in one case as per clinical necessity . Follow-up was done for 3 months.
Results: Complete remission of neuroretitinitis was noted.
Conclusion: We report a case series non infectious post pyrexial immunocomplex retinitis, its diverse clinical manifestations and treatment outcomes
