This study was done to known the efficacy of n-butyl -2-cyanoacrylate glue (with or without SBCL) in cases of infective keratitis with impending perforation or perforated corneal ulcer. Corneal ulcer is a frequent problem it should be properly managed. Although the vision cannot be restored to an acceptable level but the hope should not be lost. The proper management can prevent the eye to go into pthisis. This study shows the importance of proper management of ulcer with cyanoacrylate glue.
