Objective: To present a rare case of Ocular Surface Squamous Neoplasia (OSSN).Case report:A 55 years old lady presented to Eye OPD with complaints of foreign body sensation and mass in the right eye of 6 months duration. Binocular slit lamp biomicroscopy revealed a fleshy pink mass 1.5 cm x 1.3 cm size in the lateral canthus. Excision biopsy of lesion with residual margin of 2mm all around was done. After cleaning and cauterization . a gelatin sponge soaked in 0.02 % Mitomycin C solution was applied on exposed surface for 60 seconds .Conjunctival suturing was done. Results: Histopathology report revealed Conjunctival intraepithelial neoplasia.Patient was followed every month for 6 months with no recurrence till date. Conclusion:We hereby report a case of OSSN with no recurrence after surface application of Mitomycin C solution after excision.
