Aim: To report a case of rare combination of ONH pit in one eyes and retino-choroidal coloboma in the other eye. Study design: Case report. Summary: A 47 year old gentleman presented with complaints of blurring of vision in both eyes since 2 months. His BCVA in right eye was 6/9 and left eye was 6/18. His anterior segment examination in right eye was unremarkable and left eye had iris coloboma. Fundus examination of right eye revealed ONH pit with myelinated fibres along superior quadrant and retino-choroidal coloboma involving disc and macula in left eye.His OCT revealed right eye schitic spaces in retina with outer retinal hole at fovea. Conclusion: To the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported description of optic pit in one eye accompanied by coloboma in the other eye.Their co-existence in the same eye has been reported earlier. A defect in the closure of the embryonic fissure appears to be the most plausible etiology of the optic pit in other eye.
