Aim of study: To compare the changes in corneal parameter on Orbscan before and after Collagen cross-linking (CXL) in eyes with progressive keratoconus
Materials and Methods: Retrospective single centre study of 100 eyes with progressive keratoconus whose corneal parameter were compared on the basis of topographic changes on orbscan before and after CXL up to a period varying from 03 months to 03 years
Results and conclusion: Changes in steep and flat K, irregularity index, posterior float, mean power and anterior: posterior BFS ratio were studied and found significant changes which will be discussed in detail.
