A 37 year old male presented with a non progressive blackish pigmented mass at the inner angle of left eye .On clinical examination, visual acuity of the RE and LE were 6/9 and 6/6(P) respectively and N6 (BE).The mass involved posterior lamella of both eyelids and medial adjacent conjunctiva. The mass was elevated and nontender with well-defined margin laterally but the medial and posterior extents were not clearly delineated. Extraocular movements were full in all directions. There was no lymphadenopathy. ,Fundus was within normal limit in both eyes.There was a horn like structure growing from the mass.CECT orbit, USG abdomen and chest X Ray were within normal limits.Incision biopsy result showed malignant melanoma of the eyelid with base involved and melanoma insitu in conjunctiva. Henceforth a 12 mm x 5 mm blackish mass with 5 mm conjunctival margin was resected. AMT and BCL were put thereafter.The histopathology report revealed margin clearance.
