FP601 : Idiopathic intracranial tension presenting as papilledema-a rare case report from tertiary centre

A 27 year old married lady, having a child,non lactating and not taking oral contraceptives,presented with severe headache and nausea. Evaluation revealed visual acuity 20/20 in both eyes,raised opening pressure on lumbar puncture. CT scan brain,EEG,perimetry were within normal limits. Ophthalmoscopy shows bilateral papilloedema. OCT shows optic disc oedema.She is on Tab acetazolamide 1000 mg once daily divided dose and is being followed up monthly.
