Horner’s syndrome is caused by interruption in sympathetic innervation to the eye leading to ptosis and miosis. We report a 62 year old female, a known case of carcinoma of right breast operated, presenting with drooping of right upper lid for 1.5 months. Her best corrected visual acuity was 6/6 in both eyes. The right upper lid showed ptosis and right pupil was 2mm in size, round in shape with dilatation lag in dim illumination. A clinical diagnosis of right sided Horner’s syndrome was made. MRI Brain was normal. CT chest showed deposits in the apex of right lung. The final diagnosis was right sided Horner’s syndrome secondary to metastatic deposits in right lung from right breast carcinoma. She was referred to an oncologist for further management. So far, the literature reports only 9 cases of Horner’s syndrome due to metastatic breast carcinoma. This case is reported for its rarity.
