Purpose:To evaluate refractive outcomes after different toric IOLs post cataract surgery. Methods: Retrospective 1 year study includes 50 eyes of 42 patients with significant corneal astigmatism ≥ 1.75D who underwent conventional phacoemulsification by single surgeon with different Toric IOLs.Cases with corneal pathology were excluded. Results: Mean LogMAR UCVA and BCVA were 0.21±0.21 and 0.03±0.07 with Ultima; 0.20±0.17 and 0.04±0.09 with Acrysof; 0.11±0.14 and 0.04±0.09 with Tecnis. Postoperative UCVA of 6/9 or better was achieved in 71.42% with Ultima, 69.56% with Acrysof, 77.77% with Tecnis. Mean refractive cylinder decreased significantly from −3.91±1.11 to −0.59±0.61D with Ultima, from −3.58±1.23 to −0.73±0.85D in Acrysof and −2.72±0.72 to −0.36±0.38D with Tecnis. Conclusion:Patient with significant corneal astigmatism benefit with least residual astigmatism post Toric IOLs implantation. In our study we found better outcomes with Ultima as compared to others.
