The study included 250 normal subjects (500 eyes) in the age group of 19 to 50 years of both sexes without any ocular pathology over a period of one year. The study was conducted in adult INDIAN population using PENTACAM. The mean age of subjects was 34.16 ± 8.319 years. There were 111 female subjects (222 eyes) and 139 male subjects (278 eyes). The anterior segment parameters recorded by Pentacam were CCT, TCT, Apex CT, Kmax, CV, ACD, ACV, ACA, WW and PD.We correlated TCT with ACV, ACD and Apex CT. The TCT was 538.5±27.55 (438-600µm),ACV was 164±27.75 mm3 ,ACD was 3.188 ±0.3551mm (2.020-4.290) and Apex CT was 542.9±26.82 µm (range 450-601) .There was significant correlation of Thinnest corneal thickness with Apex CT (p< 0.0001) as well as with ACV and ACD (p 0.0063, 0.0495) .
