A 3 year 4 month old child presented to ophthalmology outdoor of a tertiary rural health delivery care hospital with painful proptosed left eye with loss of vision for 7 months. The right eye was noticed of having convergent squint shortly after birth, which gradually became phthisical with loss of vision a year ago. USG and MRI are suggestive of bilateral retinoblastoma. The father has also phthisical left eye with BCVA 6/6 on the right eye. USG of both eyes of the father shows retinal area calcification.
