METHODS: 64 eyes of 64 patients diagnosed with true primary pterygium with any gender and age between March 2012 – April 2014 were subjected to surgery and divided into 2 groups – Group A (32eyes)- simple suture less, glue less conjunctival auto graft Group B(32 eyes)- use of topical heamocoagulase and tucking in conjunctival auto graft. RESULTS-Results were analyzed group A four (12.5%) recurrence and one patient lost the graft (3.12%) and group B two (6.25%) showed recurrence.
