A 9 month old female presented to the ophthalmology outdoor of a tertiary care centre of Eastern India with parents complaining of bunch of white hairs above forehead, deafness since birth and widely separated eyes. On examination it has been found that the patient has dystopia canthorum, poliosis, cleft lip, hypopigmented patches on ventral aspect of both legs with sensorineural hearing loss and left sided pre-auricular sinus. Heterochromia iridis is absent. No other significant systemic association is present. Both the parents are normal.
