A few reports have described ocular complications of fungal infection and significance of signs like satellite lesions and hyphae like structure in anterior chamber for diagnosis. We encountered 2 such rare cases of fungal anterior uveitis. One patient presented with ocular inflammation, corneal lesion with satellite lesions, hypopyon, anterior chamber reaction. Anterior chamber tap microscopy and culture showed Fusarium. Second patient presented with ocular inflammation, anterior chamber reaction with hyphae like structure and vitreous haze. USG B scan showed endophthalmitis. Anterior chamber tap PCR, microscopy and culture showed Penicillium. The patients were managed with intracameral and topical antifungals. Thus, these case reports emphasize the importance of signs like the satellite lesions and hyphae like structure in AC in early diagnosis and treatment fungal anterior uveitis.
