Metastatic tumours are the most common intraocular malignancies, of which choroid being the most common site. We report a 62 yr male patient who was admitted under PTCD with history of cough & fever since 3 months with suspected ?CA lung.Patient was referred for Ophthalmic evaluation with complains of diminution of vision in RE since 3 months associated with throbbing type of pain since 1 month.
