Dr.Grewal S P S
This is a unique course that aims to simplify the process of deciding and buying equipment for a new ophthalmic practice in India.
Ophthalmic practice is becoming extremely costly to establish. Our training does not teach us nor are there any established guidelines or textbooks that lead us through this process. The novice practioner often feels lost in the maze of promises by the competitive industry.
We will try to guide the new practioner select the right equipment for his/her practice. We aim to do this under following heads:
1. Planning and budgeting equipment for a new practice
2. Comparison of features, cost-benefit analysis of various ophthalmic OPD and OT equipment
3. How to negotiate the best deals
4. Handling maintenance and breakdown
At conclusion we will all have a better clarity in our decision making process of purchasing the most appropriate ophthalmic equipment for our practice.
