Purpose: To assess repeatability of Lenstar
Methods: Eyes with cataract, who underwent Lenstar examination at 2 different sessions with an interval of 1-30 days were retrieved. Parameters such as demographics, axial length (AL), corneal thickness (CCT),corneal curvatures (K1 and K2), anterior chamber depth (ACD), aqueous depth (AD) and lens thickness (LT) were recorded. Results: 204 eyes of 113 patients with mean age 62.5 ± 11 years were analyzed. Intraclass correlation (ICC) for AL-0.9998( 95% confidence interval (CI)-0.9997 – 0.9998.ICC (95% CI) for CCT and LT was .892 (.858 – .9181) and .917 (.890 -.937) respectively.ICC (95% CI) for AD and ACD was .967 (.957 – .975) and .964 (.953 – .973) respectively. The ICC (95% CI) for K1 and K2 was also .714(.623 – .783) and .727(.640 – .792) respectively. Conclusion:High degree of repeatability was found for AL, CCT, LT, ACD, AD , and moderate degree of repeatability for K1 and K2 measurements using Lenstar.
