Purpose-To study bleb morphology with the help of AS-OCT & Slit Lamp Biomicroscopy(SLB)& compare them& to find how morphology correlates with IOP control.Method-Bleb morphology was studied in 43 eyes using SLB &scored according to the Wuerzberg Bleb Classification Score & classified as successful(>=10)& unsuccessful(<10)based on the score.Blebs were also analysed using the ASOCT for 4quantitative &5qualitative characteristics.Success in terms of IOP was defined as<18mm of Hg without medications. Results-Based on the Wuerzberg score 30 of the 43 blebs were classified as successful.20 of the 43 eyes had a successful surgery in terms of IOP control.On ASOCT Posterior extent & present of microcysts had a significant correlation with blebs with a Wuerzberg score of>=10.Conclusion-SLB & ASOCT when used together are very useful in the analysis & prognostication of functionality of the bleb post filtering surgery.Its the first study where ASOCT &SLB are compared with each other & IOP control
