A 91 years old man reported with spontaneous recurrent oozing of blood from his left eye since last 03months. There was no history of red eye swelling of lids,trauma ,pain,use of asprin or any other antiplatelet drugs. Gave history of cataract surgery 3 years back . On examination he had BCVA 6/18 RE and 2/60LE. OS showed normal lids,anterior segment ,PCIOL,and features of geographic atrophy . An irregular nontender mass 1cm size,bleeds to touch ,no relation to posture or valsalva manouvere was seen in suptemporal fornix. Systemic examination was normal. Hematological & biochemical parameters were normal.CT& MRI Scan showed a hyper intense band near ciliarybody on sclera with a illdefined mass suptemp.Oint Ciprofloxacin was prescribed for 1 week which cured the symptoms. Later follow up showed a loose silicon band around the eye which was causing recurrent inflammation and hemolacria. He had a surgery for retinal detachment 20years back which he had forgotten .
