Aim: To compare corneal curvature and astigmatism in Lenstar, Oculyzer and I trace. Methods: Subjects with best corrected visual acuity of 0.1 logMAR were enrolled in the study. In all subjects, measurement of corneal curvature (K1 and K2) and astigmatism were obtained using Lenstar (LS), Oculyzer (OCR) and I trace (ITR). Intraclass correlation (ICC) was done to assess the agreement between three equipments. Results: 160 eyes of 80 patients with mean ± SD 26.13 ± 7.53 years were analyzed. ICC (95% CI) between LS and OCR for K1, K2 and astigmatism was .9523 (.9349 – .9650), .9363 (.9131 – .9533) and .9318 (.9070 – .9501) respectively. Similarly, ICC (95% CI) between LS and ITR for K1, K2 and astigmatism was .8685 (.8205 – .9037), .8494 (.7943 – .8897) and .9463 (.9266 – .9606) respectively. Conclusion: Lenstar showed good agreement with Oculyzer and I trace in measuring K1, K2 and astigmatism.
