Introduction -SICS is most commonly done cataract surgery worldwide. Flap valve Wound construction is considered to be one of the most important step. It is done in 3 steps..1) incision marking, 2) tunnel construction 3) entry in AC. Premature entry is one of the commonest complications occurring during SICS. Premature in time means, instead of 3 step entry in AC, incision step directly enters in AC; premature in space means instead of entry in AC, enters in sclera or choroid.
Method: Here we are presenting a video series highlighting the occurrence of premature entry and its various methods of management during cataract surgery.
Conclusion- Early recognition of complication and Appropriate management of the same leads to maximum visual outcome in such cases.
