Corneal blindness is second only to cataract. There is a huge demand of corneal tissues but a gross shortage in the supply. We describe a technique of using a single donor corneal button to perform two sequential lamellar keratoplasties – one DALK and one DMEK. We discuss the tips and tricks to ensure success in both surgeries.
