73 yrs old female complaints of big mass in the right eye since 1 yrs. It is painful and bleeds on touch. Due to poverty, this elderly patient was neglected severely leads to malignant tumour, infested with maggot. At this moment patient fill alone moves towards death. Life is almost in hell. This patient ultimately came into tertiary hospital. Kind hearted doctors removes maggot with daily dressing. Plan for removal of tumor with upper lid reconstruction by total tarsal plate replacement with autogenous auricular cartilage( cutler beard procedure ) . Save the patient life .After two month 2nd stage cutler beard performed to open eyelid . This surgical procedure was functionally cosmetically accepted. Patient psychological status is highly improved .She enters from hell to heaven.
