Ocular injuries are common in males and younger age groups. 12-16 % cases of ocular trauma have traumatic cataract(TC) at presentation traumatic cataracts are found in both open and closed globe injuries. TCs are often associated with other ocular anomalies like sphincter tears, Iridodialysis. We present a case of A 25 year old male presented to us with traumatic cataract with 3 clock hours of iridodialysis. Bscan was normal. Single staged procedure was planned to repair iridodialysis with 10 0 prolene suture(rail road technique) and remove cataract with implantation of IOL. Intraoperatively posterior capsulorhexis was done to optimize visual outcome. Post operatively iris was anatomically well settled, visual axis was clear due to PCCC, IOL was stable and patient gained 20/20 vision at last follow up.
