BACKGROUND:
Ocular surface squamous neoplasia(OSSN) consists of a wide range of conjuctival and corneal lesions ranging from dysplastic lesions to invasive squamous cell carcinoma. A number of risk factors, including genetic predisposition, immunosuppression, HPV infection, ultraviolet exposure and smoking, have been associated with the appearance of OSSN.
MATERIAL AND METHD:
In this video we presenting recent advances in the management of OSSN, and describe surgical techniques and medical approaches to treat this disease.
Conclusion:
Proper surgical and medical management of OSSN gives good visual outcome and decrease chance of recurrence.
