Phaco-endocycloplasty is gathering evidence in the management of Plateau Iris syndrome, when associated with cataract, as it has the ability to change angle configuration as opposed to when phaco alone is performed. In this video, we present endoscopic as well as intra-operative Anterior Segment Optical Coherence tomographic evidence of this change in irido-corneal angle.
